Insurance
Our office does participate with Delta Dental of Massachusetts Premier and Blue Cross of Massachusetts Dental Blue program. If you are insured by any other insurance plan we ask that you bring your insurance information to your appointment. We will be happy to submit your claims to your insurance, however because we are not participants in any other insurance plan than those mentioned above we do require payment at the time of services. All insurance claims are processed promptly and your reimbursement can be expected in 1-3 weeks.
Payment
In an effort to avoid additional billing costs, we request that payment for dental treatment is made at the time of your visit. Financial arrangements for extensive treatment can be made prior to the start of treatment. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa and personal checks. |
