Office Policies


We participate with Delta Dental of Massachusetts Premier and Blue Cross of Massachusetts Dental Blue programs. If you are insured by any other insurance plan, please bring your insurance information to your appointment. We will happily submit your claims to your insurance. However, because we may not be participants in that insurance plan, we do require payment at the time of services. All insurance claims are submitted and processed promptly.  If you have an out-of-network insurance, then once we submit your claims, your insurance will process it and send you a reimbursement.


Payment for services are requested at the time of the visit. For patients with larger treatment needs, we will work hard to find a way to finance your treatment in a manner that is comfortable and feasible.

For your convenience, we accept:

  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AmericanExpress
  • HSA/FSA cards 
  • Personal Checks
  • Cash

Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations

A late cancellation is when an appointment is cancelled the same day.

We strive to provide the best dental care and arrange our schedule to provide individual time with each patient that allows us to deliver the quality and personal care that every patient deserves.

We ask for at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us time to fill the appointment and continue to provide personal, quality care to all of our patients. If we do not receive sufficient notice or if no notice is given, there is a charge of $75 that may be incurred on the account.
